After this mornings GT-O race when my frames per second slow to about 30 I decided it was time for an upgrade of some kind. I went to the local Fry's electronics to check out my options and "look around".... Well two hours and two thousand dollars later I came home with a whole trunk load of goodies. This is going to be my first computer build, and if I do it right it should smoke my current rig. I will post the list of parts later and keep you guys informed as to how it goes.
Wish me luck! :)
First off the R2P Orphans have been a great team to race for, I had a blast. In 33 races I covered 1363 miles, collected 14 top ten finishs and 2 podiums.
I think it is time to move on to bigger and better things though. In season 4 I had no focus, I only ran a few races in each class, resulting in only one 50% completed season. In season 5 I narrowed my focus someone to Formula BMW running 5 of 7 events, with an average finish of 13.20 in the highly competitive class. The high of season 5 was the Feint Motion Touring Car Championship, which I competed in the last 3 races of season bring home a 3rd, a 2nd and a 4th.
I am looking for a team that runs a few more of the races that I plan to run. I can run selected events for a team or all of my races for that team. I plan to run in 8 championships in Season 6.

I have withdrawn from the races that i was signed up for this week and next. I have had a great time here at R2P so far, but after 20+ races with very little success I am going to take a break. No matter how long or how hard i practice i am never up to speed. I have very high expectations, but can not seem to reach them. I do not know if it is the setups I am using or my steering wheel setup or a combination of both, but I just can not get a handle on any car. I am not sure if or when i will be back, I would like to be competitive apon my return. Time will tell. Good luck to all and remember to have fun out there.
