Hello all. I am closing the doors on my team (AAR) for various reasons. Anyway I am searching for a team now. So if any teams out there are looking for a driver let me know. My plan is to only run ARCA (Stock Car Challenge Series and Stock Car Showdown [AUS] Series) for Season 9. I will be running ARCA for all future season and may run other series in the future. I currently have rFactor, GTR2, Race 07, and ARCA.

Hello all. A buddy of mine that I work with is doing a NASCAR Fantasy Racing League which he does every year. Basically you pick 8 drivers and you have to stay under a salary cap. It is a paid league (cost is $21 ($20 goes to the purse and $1 goes to administration fees)). He usally pays out at the end of the season with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th and then every 10th place gets $10 or $20 (I can't remember right now). Also last place gets a free team in next years league. I figured I would post about it here and see if anyone would like to join us. Well it looks like I will not be racing here much for a while. With the changes to the membership plans, trying to buy a house, and then the whole process of moving. Once I do move hopefully I can get internet but that is the last of my worries right now. I am going to try and do as many races as I can until they make the changes here. Hopefully I will not be out of this for too long. My plan is to get internet after I move as soon as possible and then sign up for one of the membership plans here but there is no telling how long that will take. The earliest that would be would be July but we will have to see.
Oh just so it is known, I am actually happy Tim and Todd decided to change the membership plans. It only makes sense because I know all this stuff everyone enjoys doesnt come cheap. Keep up the good work guys.
Well I finally broke down and bought GTR 2 yesterday. I have been debating on buying it for a while but just never did. I finally decided to buy it because I can mainly only race on the weekend and it seems that most of the races on the weekends are for GTR 2. Not many rFactor races on the weekend. Plus it seems that the rFactor races are more open wheel races than anything else and I am just not that big into open wheel cars.
Anyway, after playing around with GTR 2 for a while this morning I am glad I finally did buy it and wished I would have bought it sooner. I haven't spent much time with it but I do like what I have seen so far. Plus I really like the driving school part. It is very entertaining and looks like it could help me out a lot with this whole road course racing stuff. I am more geared toward circle track racing but am trying to learn road course racing. I am actually enjoying the experience so far.
