10 years and still going

Nov 7th, 1997 was my first ever online race with Nascar Racing 2 on the Total Entertainment Network. Yesterday I celebrated my 10 year anniversary in online motor sports by going to In-&-Out for a cheeseburger and fries :-)

Grats Tim! I'm at nearly 9 years (I think about 5 of which have been online). I raced GPL offline for 3 years or so before I found an NR2003 league. I think shortly after that I found the dEEL endurance league and have been with enduros ever since... :-)

LOL. I guess if you count games like that I played GP2 pretty much as soon as it was released, but... well, I dont know why I didnt count it, I guess because I dont know when it came out :P

Heh, think about all the money you spent upgrading hardware over those 10 years... Pentium 90 was all the rage back then

My first sim-PC was a 386-16mhz with 2 MB or memory. I remember I had to buy a $2500 PC (486-50mhz) to run IndyCar Racing 1 because it needed 4MB of RAM.
