...but I do find the flaming, complaints, moaning etc that happens, and I am pointing the finger at no one here( or alternatively everyone depending on your view), about release dates, tracks, mods, new sims coming out, wherever it happens, and this place is by no means the worst, quite astounding.

For someone like me who can remember when "Chequered Flag" on the Spectrum WAS your racing fix, the current state of play is amazing, and I am happy to wait for stuff to appear as and when it does as I sure cannot fit in the vast majority of racing I would like to try anyway.

I would have no idea where to start when it comes to actually creating a car/track/sim etc so applaud those who do take the time to do so and bemoan those who want it all yesterday.

People I talk to about what we do here and elsewhere are amazed by the options we have to race and the league/team set up - maybe people should just take a step back a bit and look at what Sim Racing is, and say yes, actually, this is pretty cool and I can wait for the next thing to arrive in good time, as what we have now is pretty nice anyway!
