I am considering putting together a independent GTR2 series for those of us that WANT more GTR2. This would be a series running 60-90 minute races either mixed or single class, depending on what replies I get. Also the time slot will be determined by what replies I get, so it is important that if you are interested PLEASE post something. I am open to suggestions but would like these primary questions answered in your reply. Race Day of Week: Time of Day (PST): Class Choice: I welcome any format suggestions as well. |
I'm all in for that! I'd say unlimited cars and more unusual tracks, like nurby, bathurst and stuff like that.
Time zone wise; I dont really care. Hopefully something Euro.
I miss GT-O so if you wanted to do something like that I'd be happy, assuming it doesn't clash with anything else I do. Perhaps with a format of GT/nGT/G3 but with the option of running G2 cars as well, but having your race count purely as an exhibition (no stats) so every now and then we could just have a fun race in a Vertigo or something? As for tracks, I'd rather just stick to Simbin tracks... I'm yet to find a non simbin track that I actually enjoy.
I've yet to find a Simbin track I enjoy...except Spa. I like addon tracks, especially the more wild ones :)
Race Day of Week: Sunday Time of Day (PST): 4:00PM GMT(same time slot as GTx last season) Class Choice: Mixed field of nGT and GT class
tracks advices: Nurburg (from BMW M3 Challenge)

how about a GT Audi R8 GT cup season ??? those babies are bad ass!!
Late, late night eastern. Like 1AM start at the earliest. Maybe even 2AM. 60 - 90 min. races.... nice. How about true hard core, also? Forced cockpit and auto clutch only allowed?
Way too easy to edit your files and get you out of the cockpit. May as well ban the use of custom cockpits, TripleHead2Go set-ups, TrackIR peripherals, and restrict everyone to the use of MOMO Black steering wheels and pedal sets.
In that case, I'll be set!
"No adjustments needed... my set-up is already crappy!" |
