I'd expect that if he/she can afford the car, they can afford the insurance. Jeff, you know why the car needed a tow? Lately, it seems the exotics get wrecked by drunk linebackers, crazy fugitive Vikings, or dumb ass actors hyping a movie.

Story goes it was illegally parked inside of Russia, then towed. If that is true, I'd of made a b-line to Finland and never looked back :)
