Mclaren Mercedes today announced a new team making use of their car for the Race 2 Play F1 season8.

Apex Predator Racing, Fielding 2 drivers, Darren Adams (Team Owner) and Heinz Petzold will be the appointed drivers for the team. This was the teams words.

Apex predator. In biology, it's the name given to creatures at the top of the food chain, the ones that hunt and devour other animals, but are never prey themselves. Before humans and guns came along, great white sharks, lions and grizzly bears were all undisputed apex predators.

In the world of high performance sport compacts, the term apex predator applies to vehicles that hunt and devour corners in a similar fashion.

Apex Predator thanks Mclaren for the use of 2 of their factory cars, and have warned all current teams, including Vindex Works, the 3 time Team champion, that they are now Prey!
