Well what can i say, Pole by 2 seconds.... out standing. From their it went down hill. Warm up lap coming to starting blocks, my computer froze mid burnout causing me to spin and stall. From their i rushed back to my pit lane screen to start from the pit lane, rushing to the end to try get a good start my computer froze yet again as soon as a started to brake for the start causing me to slide straight through the red light and be DQ from the event. Days of prep work ruined all because of a poxy stupid thing of a graphics card. IT IS IN THE BIN AND WILL NOT BE USED EVER AGAIN!!!!!! I'd like to thanks Tom for his support and i just wish i was racing now to at least get my first event over and done with but my time will come. God Speed, James 'The Professor' Linton |
Unlucky James mate, your Qual pace was quite quick! I myself had a little battle with Thomas and after pulling a large lead with a 1 stop strategy I looked all set for the win. ...Until my brakes had a catasrophic failure going into Ascari chicane and I wrecked the car. Gutted. | ||
I'm sure mid 24's would have got you a great grid position even in an unrestricted event. Congrats. I really hope for my mental state that this wasn't your first race ever though! :-) |
