Fao my friends at R2P

I am probably going to go AWOL soon as I have run into some serious personal issues which are leaving me without a place to live and with a bleak outlook for the next few months.

If anyone tries to message me and does not get a reply it is because I am unable to. I do not know for how long or how soon I will be leaving R2P but I WILL return when I do.

Kind regards,

JW

All the best Jon, there is more to life than racing, and hopefully when you have it sorted you can join us again.

Good luck Jon! Its very sad to read this after your last blog seemed so upbeat, and because you were really hitting your stride in the WTC cars. I hope you work things out quickly and can come back :-)

Best wishes Jon, things have a way of sorting themselves out and I'm sure you will sort through yours. The bumps in the road are just a way to remind us to appreciate the smooth ones.
Again good luck mate and see you when you get back!

Thanks for all the kind words guys.

Long story short, I broke up with my fiancé on Monday night. We had been unhappy for a while and we decided to call it a day instead of continue further down the line and end up with a worse situation later on. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to keep the roof over my head on my own... so whilst I decide what to do (although emmigrating to live with my folks just outside of Le Mans is certainly tempting) I will be living with my grandfather.

Whilst I will still try to make as many events as possible I will certainly have to cut down on my practice time for each event because I have quite a lot of packing and selling stuff to do and because of my policy of trying to avoid turning up to a race if I have not practiced this means that I will miss most events.

I will however try to make every one of the WTC events because Friday is my day off and I'll have time to practice for those events.

Thanks for all your kind words and support

JW
