Just letting you guys know that I'm all moved into my grandfather's place. Got my rig all setup and finally managed to figure out how to make the wireless connection work!

Should hopefully now be able to start competing again here at R2P! I haven't even been able to practice it's been that hectic the last couple of weeks!

Still managed to haunt the forums ocassionaly and shoot the shit though ;-)

Good to have you back Jon! And theres nothing wrong with wireless as long as you are close enough to the hub. I've been on wireless for years.

I've run wireless a couple of times to steward - and got disco'd both times. All of 2 metres from hub!

Hmm, I'll keep an eye on it. I have to say, that so far my connection has been absolutely rock-solid and quick though.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Some wireless sucks and some doesn't. It should become evident fairly quickly which wireless you have. There are billions of routers on the market and everyone will tell you something different about each one if you ask enough people.

On the other hand, I just read your blog and got all caught up with what you've been up to. Sorry to hear the bad news, but glad to hear the good news that you're back on your feet.

I've had a few blows dealt to me over the years (I'm sure we all have) and things always end up better for it, so I'm sure you'll find the same in time. Until that time, hope to see you on the track again soon. :)
