the night started well qualiing 5th with a 54:0 and a pack of 15 drivers. the start of the race went very well for me making up a position in to 4th on the out side of David Banta who got a terrible start and lost about 8 positions of the line. But soon enough he passed me setting me back down to 5th. David Banta and Tim Mcarthur (admin) were battling hard for 2nd about 4 seconds infront of me when they got together in turn 1 on lap 18, and my PC srewed up and told me Banta was on the grass when he actualy was right on the racing line, cos of this i ran right into him taking off my front bumper. It was nearly half way in the 50 lap race to i stuck with it for a will, the lap Tim got by me i had enough of the understeer so i headed in on Lap 22. When i came out i was in 6th but i kept on picking them of when they came in the pits. i was 3rd when the pits circled around and stayed there till the end final results (will be finished soon) and the next race is at Brans Hatch Long in 2 weeks Sam |
