Good stuff Bob, brings back fond memories...

Cheap Trick was the first concert I ever went to (un-chaperoned - I don't count the Elton John & Chicago shows with my folks). I was a 14 year-old freshman and went with a senior whose brother was the local rock DJ; her cousin was my next door neighbor. Dunno if she officially called it a "date" but I sure did - I was hot shit for a while after that!

i actually went to my first unchaperoned concert a week ago when mayhemfest was in chicago. but ive been to a lot of concerts including cruefest and the van halen 07 tour.

Ahhhh, myself and a few friends went and saw LIVE, Collective soul and Blue's Traveller a few weekends ago in Wallingford, CT. It was like it was 1993 all over again. More Mullets, women didn't look as good as 1993 and beer was $8 for 16ounces...Needless to say I drank like it was 1993!!!!
