It was spefically talking about the power of the wind. But the point being made has to do with reusable energy and utilizing natural resources. At least that's what I got out of the video. And yes, it was cleverly done!

The guy was the wind. No one liked him, cause when is windy dust or sand gets in your face, your umbrella turns over, your hair gets all fluffy (if you have big hair that is), but in the end the company the spot is for, is the one that understands the wind and manages to give him a "job" a purpose => producing wind energy.
