So played around with GTR2 in the R2P servers some more last night and some things I was wondering about but feel stupid to ask because I know it's just a simple oversight on my part. 1) How do I get my mirror to show? In my settings/options I have virtual mirror selected but I see no mirror at all in the cockpit. 2) Why is the "Replay" button greyed out (not useable)? 3) Is there any documentation anywhere that can be printed out showing what keyboard function does what? 4) Any newbie guides to GTR2 and rFactor floating around out there? Not new to sim-racing by a long shot but new to GTR2. |
1) Check your control settings, it will tell you which key is set to turn on/off your mirrors. Use that and your mirrors will appear. 2) The replay function works only in Single-player mode, not multi-player. 3) I dont think so as everyone set's their own controls. Just go to Options>Controls> (in game menus) and run down the list. | ||
Thanks Tim. Last night I did check the control settings for the key that was set for the mirror but I didn't see anything about a mirror setting there. I will recheck. Thanks again for the info. | ||
3) You could take a screenshot of your control assignments in the controls menu and print that off | ||
If you are using virtual mirrors as your option for mirrors you need to press number "1" to get it to appear. | ||
