I've just finished the GTC-Euro Barc In the Series Info it says 2 mandatory pitstops are required, Which I did. But when I look at the laps of other drivers I can only see 1. Am I getting something wrong? Also Is it just me or do the Ignition and Starter switches have a life of their own. Is there some trick to using the damn things? |
I think what you are seeing is that 1 of the pit strategies is to pit back to back stops changing 2 tires each time. As far as starter ignition, can't help you there. | ||
Chris some ppl are making double stops which reduces time loss with cold tyres. They enter pits in mid race and change only 2 tyres then again pits and change other 2 tyres. Its like entering pits in 25th and 26th laps in a 50 lap race. Ignition and starter thing is easy actually. Set them on your wheel as buttons. When u enter pits for fuel, just hit ignition, then engine will stop. When u want to start the engine, then hit ignition then starter, thats all. | ||
