Well folks, I have out grown my summer home. The cat, wfe and I just need more space. It is up for sale. Property is located in Carmel, Indiana. Link attached. Know anyone that might be interested????? Thanks.

Your land ain't worth the horse manure it's built on. What is that, like $20 a square foot?

After you sell, you can move out here and you and the missus can get a nice 1200sq ft 2 bedroom condo in Manhattan Beach.
