Favorite Finishes

Lets have a little fun here, lets post our favorite finishes in the history of racing, preferably something that you were watching either live on tv, or at the track. If you can't find a video, then just tell us about it.

For me that has to be the Ricky Craven and Kurt Busch battle at Darlington. Not just because of the ridiculously close margin of victory, but because they beat and banged the way stock cars are meant to be raced and this race proved it could still be done. Just watching the two cars slide all over the track is just beautiful.

I agree.

That was definitely one of the greatest finishes of all time.

Craven and Jarrett at Martinsville was a classic one, too.

The Yarborough / Petty last lap slingshot battles at Talladega and Daytona are classics.

Harry Gant pulling the Mr. September was a good month. Even though technically one of the wins was in August if I remember correctly.

Always liked "Handsome" Harry.

Alan Kulwicki winning Atlanta to take the championship will always be a good one. That was a good race between him, Martin and Elliot.

LOL.......... I'm dating (aging) myself here, aren't i?

One of my favorite this year (and a heartbreaker too) is this year's Daytona 500. As Waltrip commented on the last lap, "Mark Martin is driving the race of his life..."
