Re the 1st turn pile-ups..
I suspect that some backmarkers are guilty of not having practiced a few back of the grid starts off-line. Seems they go out with their hot-laps indelibly imprinted on the dashboards of their minds and try to hit the same braking points and T1 speeds when there is traffic all over their paths. Regardless of cold tyres and brakes, there is no way lap one / T1 is going to be driven anything like it is on lap two or any subsequent lap. As Matt says THINK before you spoil someone else's race.

Good race back with we mid-fielders. Lots of pressure from fellow team-members for most of the race. Fortunately I was blissfully unaware just how close I came to being history. (see screenshot!)
I was happy to finish first of the "slow' guys (though i think i was holding up some faster cars, but they have to make the pass) :)
Looks like I'll have to miss Road America and Mosport :( - 2 of my favorite tracks
