Race report
Fun-run: Elise Challenge on Mar 20, 2007
Car: Lotus Elise. Class: G3. Start: 15. Finish: 15. Laps: 15.

Exciting race. After tagging Steve P on Lap1 when he got turned around, my car just wasn't right. Didn't think you were gonna make it back from that one, Steve, good to see you made it to top10.

Tires held up okay, but I never had the speed I had with a undamaged car.

Had another bumping incident with Dennis when he tried to outbreak me into T1, but slid right into my line. I tried to give him room, but it looks like came in a lil too hot. It's all gravy though, as he was faster than me and neither one of us lost much. Besides, I made the same mistake later on. ;)

Had a good battle with Chip for P14 towards the end. I did get a run on him on the straight, but I made that mistake of trying to outbreak him into T1 on the inside... I just slid and went off as Chip went right back by me. By the time i got back on the track, I was 2-3sec behind with 2-3laps to go. But by this time the leaders were coming up and let John by, so my chance of battling Chip is gonna have to wait til next time.

It was definitely an eventful race, I'm just glad I made it to the end in one piece... although a bit dented. Til next time, gents.
