Race report
Fun-run: Formula BMW on Apr 30, 2007
Car: Formula BMW. Class: FB. Start: 20. Finish: 15. Laps: 12.

Well for me, everything was cut very fine, even to make the race, which I only just made. So I join at the rear of the grid, no warmup, nothing, but I had practiced the day before and was in the 32's.
Race started and I just let everyone go for it, thought, take it easy and then after a couple of tours start pushing more. Well on the first lap peeps where spinning and crashing, so made 6 places without tryiing within the 1st 2 laps. Excellent I thought, but as I was not pushing, I also made a mistake and damaged my motor. So pits it was for me.
When I came of the pits I was being lapped. So I thought ok, let them go and just follow, I know I was faster but if I had retaken places, where would it get me, I was already a lap down. Sorry to anyone who did lap me, when I then sped up I was on your tail putting presure on (My way to help others learn how to deal with the presure of racing. LOL).

So next for me will be the canadian race on Wed 9th. I am looking forward to it and hope to get a good race in. Mind you that track will sort out the men and boys.

Cheers Podium and sorry to anybody I got in the way of, I did keep 5 eyes on my mirrors so hopefully did not get it wrong.
