I was surprised to be on the pole and even more surprised to win the race. My first at both categories in open wheel racing. I'm very happy with the result of course.
I messed up the start again. Sorry to Phil, who had problems because of it I think. :( Then I had a nice battle with Anthony for a couple of laps, but it ended in T1 with a spin. I was behind Allen after his pit-stop, but he crashed behind one of the lapped cars. :( Not sure what happened there, but he would win the race for sure. My strategy was to save tires and get to the finish without a pit-stop, which I did. Maurice was closing the gap in the final laps, but luckily he ran out of laps.
