I just can't understand how a guy with more than 400 events here can be so irresponsible at braking and aggressive at a endurance race. Maybe is the price of start in front (one of few races that I really dedicated myself for qualify), but today I learned a lesson at the hard way.
First, he bumps me 2 or 3 times on the warmup lap. Ok.
With 2 or 3 laps he braked late (almost every lap, btw) and pushes me off the racing line at the Corkscrew. He passes, which I understand as a little punt. Ok.
Then he misses the braking point at T1-T2, I pass him. Soon after we start to get traffic, and when I antecipated the braking a bit to enter the corkscrew, he goes straight into me and throws me into the inside wall. I don't remember exactly how it gone after cause I returned to the racing line, but If I messed with someone I was out of control at the moment. Different from Sasa, I had less damage, but it don't take the blame off.
Apart from this guy, was a very fun race. A strategy to stop later and to not change tires worked very well. Had good fights with Ken, Theo, Nigel, Troy and almost got Jose at the end. The GT2 traffic was very gentle, thank you all.
Grats to Marcos and Mike for the wins, see you guys at Mosport.
