I just didn't have the pace in the rain from some reason.
I tested on the server on Flooded track, the car felt great. I had confidence in it. Now on Wet...strange. I run softwets and still the car lacked grip. I only assume I run a low car that didn't cope with all the water out there. My best times seem to be okish but the car was rubbish. Maybe the driver :)
Shortly after my DNF, my ISP decided to play a little game with me called: nonetforyou. So no race3 for me.
Congrats to the winners!

IMHO you should be the winner of the championship.
Same no. of events, only you have a pole, and 4 Top3's.
Seems that the DNF you had, actually counts more.
Second odd thing after Barry - Reinhard - but there we had a good explanation as the number of events those drivers had was in favor of Reinhard.
Don't know what to say about the DNF rule though. One thing if you want to DNF, other if it's not your fault, e.g. punt, disco...
Congrats to both of you Apex :)

First of all well done Claudiu and Sebi, a Romanian podium :-p
Second of all I punted Kaede Matsushima as he was all over the place. Actually he braked and drove into me or at least that's how I see it. I had enough gap to Clau to make a DT so I wouldn't get a lap penalty at the end. Well it was almost enough as he passed me as I exited the pits.
Managed to overtake him in the last corner last lap.
Good fight at the end.
Watch the Kaeda incident clip - I'd like you opinion on this one, Stewards included.
Was it my fault or not so I'd know for the future? Thank you :)

Tough race for me.
Q was good and managed a nice lap time.
The race was ... I was battling 38 fever and could not focus properly.
Sebi asked me this morning if I'll race or no.
Btw Sebi great race man!!! You kept a good race pace, well done.
Les Combes went wide as I though Kent would jump the inside line. Nearly hit him on reentry.
In La Source I lost it again ,lost a few positions and started winning positions back. At that moment Kent was only about 8 seconds ahead.
Lost the car again and hit the wall. Aero damage 20 seconds lost.
Pit went great, didn't change tires.
Towards the end Apex boys closed on me. I went to wide in Rivage, hit 1st gear with no blip and car spun.
Tried not to make a U turn on track and lost another 20 seconds.
Sebi passed me and I couldn't push anymore with 3 laps to go.
Well done GTNDC, Apex and BPT.
Congrats Kent on the win!
Was a nice championship and congrats to Darren on winning the series!

Qualy so so as I tried to gather a setup for this car/track. Took the Monza one, put 2 splitter and some more back negative camber.
The gearbox was rubbish, and I only noticed this in the race. Seems I was running to high ratios and the torque was lower. This translate into slow acc from the corners where I used 2nd gear, also on the straight was loosing about 1-2 tenths. Gears were good for the second part of the circuit though, except where I had to use 3rd on low revs.
Start was bad, lost 3 places as 1st gear was also long and couldn't make the tires spin.
Pitted eol 17 changed only the fronts, put fuel to 85L.
Changing the fronts only was a bit mistake as the rear really got loose a few times and had a few terrifying moments and lost a few seconds each time. I had to be more careful on acceleration. I passed Barry and Brian at the pits and Reinhard was just ahead of me. I thought he'll blast away but I think he didn't change tires or something as he was slower. I knew I needed to pass him if I wanted to keep some of my advantage and trying to keep him back.
He made a small error, and I passed him on the inside at Rivage. I was lapping around '23-'24 and to my surprise the gap kept about the same.
By now I knew I must have some advantage, and the only obstacle ahead was Barry about 11 seconds behind me.
Pitted again when there were 20 laps to the finish, put full fuel and changed all 4 tires. And nailed it.
Was lapping 22's and after Barry's pit he was about 9 seconds ahead. I still don't know if he changed or not but I managed to gain about 1 sec a lap on him.
With 2 to go I caught him and tried a few passes but my gearbox didn't help at all.
Final lap, Les Combes, he slides on the curb, slows, I take a wide line to cross him on the exit and it worked.
I knew he can catch me in 2 places, 1st T11 just after Rivage, I defended there and again after the chicane, as I knew his 2nd gear rips mine.
Last corner, I kept the inside, he went on the outside, we touched and that was it.
Great fight at the end Barry.
Great championship ending and super cars. I want more Vertigo next season :)
Seeya all.
P.S. Reinhard you owe me BIG time :)) Send some beer :-p
