Bit disappointing, got a small tap on the back straight which eventually sent me round. Fair bit of right side damage so pitted then set about making up time, got up from 14th to 9th by the end. Amazed I managed 3rd in this championship despite missing 2 races. Grats to Mike and Jeff.

Somehow qualified 1st. Considering I had been down in midfield for most of practice I really wasn't expecting that. Was about as good as it was going to get and realised Jeff would be past pretty quick. Was amazed he 'struggled' to get past me until the beginning of lap 3. That was about the last of any other car I saw for the rest of the race but was still quite amazed to come 2nd.
