About me

Born in Halifax, UK in October 1965. Married to Jan since 1995, 1 daughter Jessica born 1997.

Moved to Australia Jan 2007 - became a Permanent Resident in May 2013.

Big sports fan, but main one is motorsport. Been following F1 since early 1976 (when I was aged 10). That is my main love!

Been Sim Racing against others in offline leagues since 2001. Used to help run the F1VWC (GP4 game offline sim with rules in place for Team Managers to improve on track performance of car).

Team owner - 'Phoenix Racing' team.

R2P Independent Chapter (League) owner for:-

- 'As Real As It Gets' (ARAIG) - using the fantastic ARCA Stock Car sim.

- 'Showcase Sim Series' - all things NOT rFactor.

I'm definitely not the quickest, having to spend a lot of time practicing before an event to get up to (my) speed! However, I simply love the competition / challenge / variety of racing here at R2P.
