It's a shame not many people will see this now with the new Home Page I think, but I'll do what I can with the resources supplied ... If we could get a GT Legends FunRun scheduled on Wednesday, March 21st, what would garner the most support/interest/entries? Here's a time to throw out: 20:30 GMT (8:30pm) English, is 9:30pm French/German/Italian, is 4:30pm US Eastern, is 1:30pm US Pacific.
I am talking Qual time, practice would start on the hour earlier, race would start 15 minutes after. Would that garner Aussie GTL support in the morning?
Please make suggestions! If we want more GTL than once every 2 weeks, we need to show up in large numbers! |

Topic #2: What about cars? Mini's are the easy choice, but I would like to open it up a little bit. I personally like variety (which is why I don't enter the GTC races). It's a given that Scott Michaels is required to enter the Abarth :P but what else would be competitive with the Mini on a short course? The slower Jag? The Austin Healey? No points or funny business, so no Falcon's, etc. Just little shoeboxes. Opinions please. |

Nothing is competitive with the mini on a short course! Maybe the Alfa on a bad day :P |

Yes, but you're stuck in the Abarth so you better start practicing! :P |

Using my 'WORLD CLOCK TIME CONVERTER' :-) you hit the nail on the head:
(Now if you did it on a Friday) Lotus Elite may be another option with the MKII Jag. I agree about the 'Mighty Unbeatable MINI' on a short course. |

I have beaten that Mini in my Falcon (pkaw!). It's not always the best. |

Lol, you could hold Michael Schumacher in his Ferrari up for a while on a short course driving that house :P |

Ok, so the Euro and Aussie guys have had a day to look at this, and not much response. I certainly wouldn't expect to put R2P through all the trouble and effort of a GTL Fun-Run for me to chase Scott around. I've read several places people commenting on wanting more GTL (and it wasn't just me), and the Historic races are always pretty full. Here's your chance to effect change. Say what you'd like to run.
