Feel free to discuss the upcoming "Season 5" announcement.

Answers to questions being brought up in this thread

- GP79 races will still be ran, though I do not have them scheduled as a points series.

- Rhez races... ditto. You wil probably be seeing some Panoz Street cars being used in the "Rhez" format instead though.

- PLMS will take the place of rF-WC and be reduced to a 2-class series to increase the size of each field. Instead of three 10-12 car fields, we will have two 20+ car fields.

We old guys would respectfully ask for the '79, please.

Sounds awesome Tim, No chance on the rF 79?
Can you give details on the GT-O as will multi car teams be allowed? I am looking at a 3-car adventure to a maximum of 4.
Are the same days of the races being held for S5 as in S4?

Fanbloodytastic! V8's are in.. WooHoo! I see G2/G3 reverts to a Sports Car Series. Very much looking forward to lots of fun racing. Who knows, maybe even the GT format series will start at a time I can make without risking the wrath of "'er indoors" :)

You can keep your V8's

I'll take the Formula BMWs anyday, more fun than sex!

Well it is for me now OK!

I'm glad to see that we're keeping the rTrainers, while adding the Formula BMW for another low-HP open wheel series. Should be a fun open-wheel season!

GP79 would make an excellent series as does CTDP 2005 :)
my vote goes there :)

It looks to be a very promising season and I can imagine the Panoz series being hotly contested. I would like the Admin to consider looking at the way points are earned in all of the series.

Strictly IMO you should have to complete at least %70 of the class leader's race distance to be eligible to score points. It seems just by showing up and running 1 lap you earn full points for your finishing position. I think we should all have to earn our points thus making DNF's and mechanical failures actually mean something besides a drop in rank.

It just doesn't sit well that someone can be leading a Championship with 2 finishes in 5 races. It makes a mockery of the point system and the Championship.

What happened to the GP79's?

Do I read correctly that the Panoz series (replacing rFWC) is only 2 classes not 3? Really? Why no GTS class?

And NO RHEZ Tim?!?!? Did you miss that? Everyone loves those, even you!

No Elise in GTR2? Those fill the grid every Monday. Lots of happy people there.

yeah, the road cars usually have the closest races... why not atleast replace rhez with the Esperante.. so there's at least one road car event!
