130 miles, or 100 laps (mirroring full race lengths of the real world ARCA Stock Car Championship for 2012), of a concrete clad Nashville oval. This is the next challenge facing the ARCA drivers at ARAIG!
12 sign ups so far, fingers crossed everyone can make it. R2P Practice server is up, so plenty of time to get on track and hone those set-ups!
Effectively the two-thirds point of this one-off mammoth 20 race season, there are plenty of little battles throughout the Drivers and Teams Championships tables - plenty to race for!

10 cars made it on track for 130 miles of Nashville, the only track we race on a simulated concrete surface. And quite slippery it felt too at different points of the race!
But out of the 100 laps we had only 1 caution (a self spin) on lap 10; leading to a green flag and pitstop run to the end.
Great close racing, some new faces joining us, and a battle down to the wire for the top 3. Andy Graydon came out victorious for his 3rd win on the trot, Aaron Jackson 2nd for his best result in ARCA with a very strong run, and 3rd for Garret Diduck with a late stop but fast pace at race end.
The two lead Title chasing drivers - with Andy winning, Bob Fay had a pretty disastrous race - losing time in the pits when spinning and having to pit again before being serviced - he would eventually come home in 9th place. The gap between lead driver Andy and 2nd placed bob is now up to 117 points after 13 events. Rich Baker is in 3rd with Luis Almeida now in 4th. Aaron JAckson and Les Lamont are close battling for P5/P6.
In the Constructors title chase, it's looking like a given - CT Racing have a massive lead, having won the last 5 events.
So, next event in the Sunday ARCA Challenge series is just under 2 weeks away - Pocono (remember, around 12 hours before this event kicks off we have the Saturday evening 1 hour series also running at Pocono. Cya then.
