I'm having some trouble reinstalling my game, I got this message when I tryed to register my ARCA.
"your account does not have any unused registrations"
I found on FAQ the answer about this problem, I already send my request by email but I dont think I'm be able to race this morning.
Answer:
"This means when you uninstalled most likely you did not DE-AUTHORIZE and return your key to your account before doing so. Sometimes an uninstall becomes corrupt and the key is also not returned.
Simply email us at team@thesimfactory.com and tell us your token needs to be reset and we will get right back to you. We just need to make sure there is not multiple ip addresses using a single account. Usually reactivating for you is done within an hour or so. Sometimes it is in minutes. If you send it late at night it may take until the next morning but we will definatey get back to you and get you back up and running."

nothing yet, I had to reinstall my windows and I didn't expect that. :(

I hate when that happens. When Windows takes a dump, I cringe thinking about all my accounts I need to get together to be able to reinstall everything. Pain in the ass! Of course, I don't have many brain cells left and cant remember passwords and such. It's a real prick, I feel for ya Lou.

Luis, my apologies we are limitedly staffed on weekends. I will try to help in just a second. In the future, on the client is a deactivate button, if you hit this before reinstalling it will free up an install token for you.

This probably doesn't need to be stated, and will no doubt get some kind of shitstorm to start percolating, but it's me and everyone already knows I'm shot, so...
I don't see too many sim developers come into the Race2Play forums to help members, besides the ARCA developers, that is..

I've been wanting to re-install this game but cannot find the email that was sent originally. My other computer crashed when it was on there and I've since then got a new one. What do I do? Re-download it then email the guys at The Sim Factory about this?
