About a week back I had signed up for the November 10th race at Nurb-Sprint. I was able to see my name on the entrants list at that time. Today when I logged in my name was no longer on the entrants list, and I am a bit clumsy at the Race2Play structure and I could not get a post up fast enough to get help (I may be turning into an OLD GUY or something, I just dont do enough online these days). I am not mad or upset, but I do want to participate in future GTL Historic events. May I do this? If so what should I do to avoid being removed from future events? Thanks Guys |

You were not removed from the list at all Nic. I can still see you signed up for the TC65 race. Double check to make sure you have the proper time zone set in your R2P Profile and from there just sign up for events as early as possible. |

As far as I am able to tell my time zome is correct. The time shown on this site seemed to agree with the time shown om my computer and both agree with the time shown on local clocks (I thought anyway, Ill try to find this out for sure). Im my area we observe DAYLIGHT SAVINGS. I have never in my life been quite able to understand what this means, why it is still practiced, and how it changes our relationship to other areas of the world with respect to time (Not all areas do this). Because of this DAYLIGHT SAVINGS I logged onto Race2Play at aprox 8:30am today. I am not a very savy guy so I knew that with a recent alteration to our local time due to DAYLIGHT SAVINGS I stood a pretty good chance of getting to the race late. I may have gone to the wrong place? Ill never know for sure, but i could not find my name on that list. I guess that is neither here nor there now. Assuming I am able to get my mind around the time dilema, the one thing that I remember having problems with in the past is PASSWORDS. I had entered 3 GTL-H races earlier this year. Each time I struggled to locate the needed password to enter the multiplayer server. Are there a few pointers that can be given to me to help in this area in the future? Thanks |
