Objectives
1: Enjoy what we do.
2: Make EVERYONE around us better whether they are on our team or not.
3: Learn to practice and race as a TEAM.
4: Gain the unquestionable respect of the sim racing world.

Ethics
1: No one should ever under any circumstances disparage or negatively comment about another driver.
2: When involved in Team DBF activities, all communications, that are not administrative in nature, will be on an open channel or the team whisper.
3: Every member of this team is a valuable asset and as such is deserving of ALL resources we have to offer regardless of what other teams they may race for, or, other events they may enter.

This will be edited from time to time as needed. Anyone not wishing to operate within these directives may leave the team at any time with no ill will.

Simply put, I will not tolerate a divided team, nor, will I tolerate what I will term dishonorable conduct from myself or anyone else on this team.

This is about fun, improvement, team fellowship, and team championships. Individual wins and/or finishing positions are SECONDARY.
