I was always annoyed when starting TeamSpeak at having to click Connection, then Connect, then the Race2Play server, then hit the Connect button. And there's no 'auto connect' option anywhere in the options.
So I did some research and found out how to make a shortcut to login directly to the R2P TS server: "C:\Program Files\Teamspeak2_RC2\TeamSpeak.exe" 69.28.242.216:8767?nickname=Tommy Christian?loginname=Tommy Christian?password=timbites
There are no spaces anywhere in the above line, except for the obvious space between my first and last name, and it's all one continuous line. If you were to want to join straight into a channel, add ?channel=ChannelName onto the end, no spaces between your password and the question mark. Now it's double-click and *BAM*. |

Cool tip, thanks Tommy. One more thing I did, was add a shortcut key. This would have really helped when the other night when a bunch of us, including myself, got booted from the TS server near the end of a stock car race. |
