Getting started in Online Auto Racing Race2Play welcomes drivers of all skill levels, from beginners to veterans. For someone new to virtual online motorsports, this guide will assist you in getting up to speed on the software and hardware needed to begin racing. We recognize that you may be trying online auto racing for the first time, so for the Intro to Sim Racing events we do not require you to purchase a steering wheel for your PC. Feel free to use your keyboard controls (all aides are allowed) or a gamepad that works for your PC. We are confident that you will like online auto racing so much, that you will pick up a steering wheel and pedal set soon enough. You can find more information in our Getting Started section - The guys at SRT did a wonderful job with their first episode of how to get started in sim-racing. Those that are brand-new or considering sim-racing as a hobby but do not know how, this is a great video to watch. |
