ok i cant get Fraps to record audio input, its recording the wrong channel, and i dont think there is no way to change it on the Fraps Tab... its pointless to have if its not going to record audio, it selected the right audio card, just not the right channel...

In your control panel for sound input, mute everything but the Stereo Mix. This is what Fraps records from by default. Also, vary the input volume over a few tries to find what sounds the best. Too high of an input volume obviously creates distortion and broken eardrums!
