Posted by Mike Miller at 01:40 PM on May 06, 2008 Post #1

I will be heading up to Lime Rock on Saturday 5/23 and Monday 5/24 to take in the Speed World Challenge, Koni, and Rolex GT racing. There is also a Skip Barber series race. I don't know if those are the Barber Dodges or the Miata Pro Cup cars. Yes. The 2nd day of racing is on a Monday so I will be taking the day off. Anybody else want to join me for 1 or 2 days? Scott, if you go and don't bring the family, I could pick you up on my way there.

The schedlue can be found here.

HMMMMM I was talking to buddy at work and he was going to go on Sat. But due to a previous engagement(winning the 500 here) thats out. But Monday sounds like a plan! Maybe even drag Bobby flex out there! Heard him talking about it also. Just not sure what day he was planning on going.

So if i blow off the family, i get to drive your GT3? I can take you the ultra Litchfield County scenic route! LMAO What an awesome trade!!! lmao J/K I was planning on taking them to the ALMS race in july. But yeah if you're going on Monday as well, just gotta see what the Warden has planned. Also I'm off that week and planning on doing some fly fishing up in the Farmington River. If anyone is around. lol Not many fly fisherman in this group eh? lol You got any track days that week Mike up at Limerock?

I might stop by LRP on Monday-- if any of you girls are there I will come. I can bring the camera and we can take a picture of the R2P/CT Racing crew. Of course, we'll photoshop stuff around,... seriously let me know, I will not make the ride if noone is going.
Gregg Mulgrew will sureley come. He is lonely and doesn't pass a chance to come up to CT from Joisey.

I'm up for sharing a test drive. It truely is an amazing car and if you know how to drive manual well, then it is a must to drive.

No track days @ LRP till later this year. The paving begins as soon as the Rolex packs up and wont be done till July/August.

Same here, helping run a Memorial Day car show here at home so I'll miss Rolex. Still looking forward to ALMS though.
