As discussed in the "Future plans heads up" thread, we are looking at a double race night on the same track, alternate weeks of tintops and open wheels. This is to announce the mods that we will be using, so as those inclined to do so can start to skin their cars if they wish. The mods used will be as follows. Tin top night.
Open Wheel night
Meganes and F BMW will be the same mods as presently used The BMW 320 is as per this, v1.01 The F3 is part of the Open Wheel Challenge series that ships with rFactor. Plan is for a shorter race first roughly 75% of what we run now starting with Qual at 8.15pm. Then a race as per our normal timings in the faster mods, Qual starting around 9.30pm. There will be six races in each series, giving us a 12 week season. There is as per normal no requirement on anyone to run every race, but it is hoped you will join in and enjoy the variety being served up.

Is that the definitive order of the races? I mean, for me it'd be better to change order of the tintops: first the Mèganes shorter race then the BMWs longer race, what do you think? Just to put the "new" mods next season in the second round of every race day. Cheers. |

We have put them in that order because it is judged that the Megane is the quicker car therefore runs second of the two events. |

Will be Mégane and 320 championships different? I mean, next season we will have 4 different championships, right? |

I'm guessing they'll run as 4 seperate championships, but BMW and Megane will run on same track, and F BMW and F3 will run on same tracks. |

Correct there will be 4 different Championships. The idea is to make it a race night for all, so hopefully we will have plenty of people running both races to make a night of it. But the choice is yours based on the 4 Championships. The 2 races per week will be on the same track. Fun mods :) |
