Mark ran one over in the GDC a few months ago - didn't really get the turnout. |

I'm interested and might be able to talk the wife into it- at least I'd like to try :) I only have one wheel of course- would you set up 2 back-to-back races and total the points? I didn't know about the GDC race, maybe it might get a little more attention as an official R2P event. |

I am interested, I think wife would try it. Although her learning curve would be extremely steep. I am thinking no damage on a closed street course (pinball around the track). |

I'm in Barry's shoes. I got my wife to do autox once at a Mazda Zoom Zoom event. She's a cone killer. All stations had to pick up after her. At least she smiled at the end of the run. |

My wife is game. Aslong as its not at the Nord. She watched me do a lap there once, and was horrified. |

At the moment this is all just talk but judging by your responses it may be a goer(just like the Wife :D) Not too sure about details on how we could work it yet. Maybe a 15/20 lap race pit in the middle then 2nd driver takes over? Maybe Michaels idea,2 back to backs?
Maybe something easy to get the Ladies appetite whetted 1st like an oval with an easy to drive car? Maybe make the 1st race/series a FUN event so we don't stress them out toooo much hehe. A starting point might be to get our Loved ones to sign up here? Any other suggestions? |
