Season 9 was announced. Looks like Race 07 has been dropped?

Looks like it, which is a shame because the WTCC races were well attended and good fun. I guess its just too buggy or something.

Yeah im a bit unhappy about this too.

But can't an independent chapter make a series using Race07?

That would be the problem solved if someone created one.

Yes independant chapters can still use it. Not sure if any chapters are though.

I loved the WTCC series, and agree with Scott that it was well attended. I never had any issues with the performance either. We run Race07 over at HSRL and are currently running a Mini Cooper series. The Minis are a blast. The top 8 qualifiers last Sunday was covered by less than 8 tenths of a second! The Minis also handle very well on Race07. Much better than any others. The feel is very good. Come on over and check it out!

Race07 is great fun with WTCC cars, close racing. Attendance was good considering it was on dri... friday.. :P
