Okay, It’s getting that time of year again. I love going to the historic races @ Monterey every year. This will be the first year I’ve gone after becoming an R2P member. What I would like to know is, who else goes to this event? I would love to meet up with some fellow sim racers to share a drink or two or three or…. So post here and maybe we can get a good-sized contingent of R2P members there. It’s always a blast and lots of fun. I hate driving alone, so, Mike, Steve, Mark? Feel like going? We can car pool. The wife’s Durango can hold up to 7. See you all in Monterey! BTW, I live in Folsom, CA. About 20 miles east of Sacramento, CA. Let me know if you need a ride. |

Well I was hoping that there would be more people interested in this. I'll talk to you over at HSRL Sheldon on TS sometime soon. Are you in the bay area as well Mike? Do you need a ride? Thinking about dragging the camper there or maybe a hotel, but they are hard to come by at that time. I also have a friend that has a boat at the harbor we can stay aboard for the night. 47' racing sailboat, so only room for 4 people. Maybe 6 but would be tight. |
