Yesterday in the world superbike race at brands hatch, top british rider Craig Jones was killed in an accident which involved another rider. As he was going around clearways, the bike began to slide which normally would result in a highside, but on this occasion it went all the way round, whoch is normally better for the rider. But as he slid along the floor the rider in 3rd place clipped his head, instantly knocking him out. He was taken to hospital by air ambulance, and most people believed he could pull through. Unfortunately in the early hours of today (monday morning), he was pronounced dead. Personally i cannot believe it, a terrible loss to all of motorsport. R.I.P mate, my thoughts to all your family and friends. |
