I just wondered if anyone has figured out if you can paint the windscreen banner on NAGT cars.
I've been trying and it seems that the windscreen banner is a default on all the cars and you cannot alter it. Is that right?

Darren. You must download the windshield template for the vehicle. Once you have converted it to a .DDS file, the same way you did your skin. The name will be the same as your car skin with the word WINDOW in it..
ie... Your skin DDS file is named Darren_10.DDS Your window file would be named Darren_10WINDOW.DDS
Skins Check the name on front window...
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply Mike. Thing is, I already have used a WINDOW.DDS file and changed the driver names no problem but it is the windscreen banner with the NAGT logo on it that is the problem. That does not appear on the WINDOW template atall and I can't therefore edit it. I noticed your car has it and so do all of the default cars that come with the mod.

Is anyone having problems with the skins being excessively shiny? So far I can not figure out how to eleminate this. I don't know if the alpha layer is affecting this. I don't have this problem with other mods.

I found that on a black car there was a grey shade over the black and the only way I found to eliminate it was to create an adjustment layer for the background and make that solid black.
