This rule only applies to CCBB Motorsports Formula 3 Series New Rule for the start of the race. I have seen some unhealthy practices before the green light of tire warmups that turned into disaster. This may be because the formation laps has been lifted. Please read the following Standing Start Rule. Standing Start If anyone hits a car on the starting grid before the green light you will get a PIT DRIVE THROUGH PENALTY! You must do the drive through penalty before the end of the first lap. If you do not do the drive through penalty before the end of the 1st lap, you will get a one lap penalty at the end of the race. The race will be restarted if contact has been made. Sportsman like conduct: If you do get a PDTP, it is sportman like to stay in the race and do your penalty. If you leave the race because you got a penalty and to avoid a DNF due to this penalty on a restart, you will be accessed a one lap penalty on your next race in this series. BECAREFULL if you plan to warmup your tires on the starting grid. |

Hey doug i got it.I dont think the tyre warming makes any difference( thats my personal opinion as i dont do that). By the way are there going to be any practice races(on sat or sun) this season as there were in the first half of the last one. |
