Another CTD here! Weird.

Had my worst qualy in a while, lots of faster guys tonight, so my plan was just to enjoy the road and hope for top 5. Things went great, passed Maciej for 3rd but he bonked me around, fell to 7th, got back to fifth, then...

THANKFULLY THIS IS SIM AND NOT REAL

down the front straight the steering went light, ("UH OH") I go to brake and sail off into the railing. Quite frightening. Then CTD.

Bummer. Gotta pull out all the stops for the Glen.

Don't sell yourself short Paul, you had the pace. I was running what I thought were fast race pace laps after my mishap, but I wasn't gaining any ground until you hit traffic. Very nice race. Its on for the Glen!

As Paul said, I dipped my left wheels off the track on the approach to the right hand turn 4, and I was a passenger! My string of luck continued as I caught all the catch fencing to slow me down enough to turn it around and continue. I totally freaked out when I started through the grass, I kept downshifting and downshifting, grabbed reverse and spun myself... back to my old self again.
