My race summed up here. Lap 2, unbalanced car even more unbalanced now, sustaining a damaged rear wing after spinning out of last turn and making contact with pitlane retaining wall. Tough 40 minutes ahead!
Pushing hard and attacking the kerbs into the last turn, chasing down the cars ahead from last place. P5 from P9 (and a big gap) would be the end result.
Turn 1 exit, front bumper/splitter gone for the last 6 laps, trying to go as quick as I can, with an understeering car, to keep P4 and stay on the lead lap. Dreaded last turn chicane got me!
Lap 1, fight over P4 entering Parabolica after outdragging Paul Crawford down the back straight. Unfortunately Paul ended up in the gravel as he continued to turn in and we just touched.
Spa-Francorchamps, echoing to the wail of 19 Ferrari V8's! The track dips into Rivage and the lowering sun lights up the car. Soon it will be dusk, and headlights would be the only light source!
6pm race start, the lowering sun blinds the drivers as they exit Les Combes on lap 1. In car with Graydon following Claudiu Ciocanau. In game shot, no post shot sun glare enhancements.
Half distance and the "full on" racing continues. Gault leads Pol (who has just gone wide exiting T1 Sodra, losing speed), Graydon about to take P2, Ivanov close behind.
