Hm, my engine blew out near the end of the race. Engine and oil were near 100С. Strange...

Knew I shouldn't race today...

Qual'd sloppy judging by CJ and Darren's lap...

In the first lap I was knocked out in the kitty litter. I was than about last and had some fun overtaking slower drivers... I think the car was abit damaged also so I had a pretty poor pace. In the pits I was pretty quick, still being blocked by a 550 losing second per lap. Managed to overtake Barry, and than also Cristi after he spun in pits...

The result is OK for the Masecrappy, though I'm dissapointed about lap 1... Well better luck next time I guess...

had to park it due to dinner :(, i wasn't doing to good anyway had loads of damage after a bit of confusion with another car. got pushed off and went to pull over to let a car that was at full speed by. We ended up colliding :( sorry for that

uhhh , my worst race untill now and I need too apologize to everyone whit which I was involved in my stupid decision to brake too late. And avoiding accident going off the track was at that time, the best decision, but still ............ Sorry guys !

I dont know what was worse, my race or the DNF due to a disconnect....

I had an ok start, and on T2 ... I just noticed chaos again.. I had a ferrari barrel rolling over my car, and all sorts of mayhem behind me. Im starting to wonder.. Is it sooo hard to just take it easy on lap 1, stop dive bombing, stop being kamikaze, and just RELAX! I cant imagine what birmingham is going to be like.

Had a pretty eventfull race, mostly with Oleg and Martin.. Good racing with the both of you...I had finally gotten past the both of them, and i put it off the track ;( .. Sometimes all that patience is such a waste of time.. especially when i knew i should have been so far up the road trying to battle with Christi in the C5..

I left the door open for a split second while i was battling with Oleg again due to the lines we were both taking, and Barry had a better run on the inside and we touched and i went off...so frustrating and dissapointing when i am trying to focus on car infront and have a car behind trying to nose its way through because of the oppertunity.

Then after my pitstop, i had jumped christi and infront of joco, everything looked good and i was set for a good finish. then i got a F§&/$§/% Discon..

First time racing the Maserati and it was actually pretty good, atleast whilst the tyres were fresh anyway. I got a nice lap in to start 6th and spent the first stint watching George and Claus battling up ahead but not being able to stay with them. After the stop I came out right behind George and was trying to put the pressure on him, but he got unlucky when there was a frozen car at the top of the hill, his car went flying, very nice job to still bring that home in 6th. Then I was caught by Maciej and he made 3 attempts to pass, eventually making it stick on the 3rd.
So 5th in the end and I'm pretty happy with that, just a shame the rest of the team suffered so much bad luck, sorry for you guys.

Should of taken saleen ;) Its realy a car for this track, not that 550 is bad... but still :P

Also i didnt praccy at all,.. i came to 5mins left in qual and was... 5th. Had a great start and was in 3rd possition. Had some action with CJ but soon i could drove off with the leaders. I wasnt that much behind both saleens, but i killed all in pits, and came out 15sec behind Kru. I tried to push real hard for some time, but then i saw it was impossible for me to catch him... So i sattled for 2nd.

Sorry to Claudiu Ciocanau when i was lapping him, i hit his behind in one of cornes, realy couldnt avoid it with the understeery car :(. I touched his rear, and it threw him 10m in the air while he made a salto mortale.. :s Sry realy my bad :(

Did a conservative qual with race setup and low fuel meaning medium tires, knew they would be good on 2nd flying lap perhaps 3rd too, got held up by an outlap car on the first hot one so sector one was pretty much ruined, unfortunately that lap turned out to be my best effort since next lap I was up half a sec but horribly blew last sector. 3rd flyer I caught traffic again, tried to drop back to have a final go, but there wasn't more life in the tires at that point, could've been a pole..

Race, got a good start and jumped into 3rd, had to go outside into T1 since Krue was boxed in behind the other Saleen, made for a poor exit and Janko got an easy run (not thats its a strait fight in a line between a MC12 and 550 sigh).
Janko looked very ragged in the opening laps and almost creamed him once or twice. Second time I gave him a little tap to let him know I wasn't happy with the pace hehe
Then a crazy mistake onto the mainstrait, hitting the curb on the exit sending car into a sideways spin, how I didn't put it in the wall I still don't know. That dropped me behind George and that pretty much shaped the race of first stint for me. Pace dropped as a consequence of being held up but no way to pass a Saleen, would've need 50 more HP to complete that, starting to get frustrated but not much I could do about it at that point.
Little mistake going around final turn into the pits lost bout 6s, blistering stop tho out and pushed hard for the opening laps of the 2nd stint. A few laps later I drew a big sigh of relief as I could see George still in the pits. Eventually I was then P3 with 10s to car ahead and same behind but had no idea if it was a faster car behind. Quickly became clear tho it wasn't as gap increased, so could just settle in to the planned pace. Car worked well even late and I even closed the gap to P2 the last 5 laps or so. But 3rd was realistically all I could've hoped for today, had I not had the mistake early and being held up I don't think it would've changed much but still be nice to have given some of the fast car a better run for the money....

Took the Saleen again since it seem to be my favorite car in GTR2 :), in this track the F550 couldn't stretch it legs so much and all in all the track profile suits the Saleens characteristic .

Qualifying was a bit of a disappointment , i was hoping to get under 1.51 but couldn't put a decent lap together , had some traffic too but managed to snatch the pole by a very slight margin.

Again the start didn't go very well , still have some learning to get used to the clutch pedal ;). Dropped to 2nd but i was confident that i can stay with the leader , Maciej kept a good pace and i had to push really hard to keep up with him , then he had a slight problem and he handed the lead to me.

Build a small gap after that but the pressure was on through the 1st stint until Maciej and Janko started their fight , that took some speed away from them so i could relax a bit and bring the car in pits on 1st place. Stop went well and i had a comfortable lead on 2nd stint ,there was pretty much traffic on the middle part of the 2nd stint and i was happy to have some buffer to Janko at that time. Not that there would have been any probs with lappings , actually it was the other way around... All lapped cars were very generously giving room but it always takes some extra time to get around safely.

Car felt fast but it was very loose , so it wasn't a walk in the park even if i had a comfortable gap to Janko. Had some loooong slides accelerating out of the corners :D ,but the car was predictable and fun to drive. Tires didn't really like the drifting thou , but with such short stints it didn't play any part :).

Happy to win an GTX event , thou it have to be said that top 5 in points were handicapped by the car restriction and that made my effort so much easier.

Congrats to Janko for the 2nd place and CJ for the 3rd , excellent result with a MC12 mate 8) .
