TC65 Magny-Cours

That went about as well as it could. Q. time was a personal best in the Abarth. Had a great start, managed to hold off some fast cars behind me, then benefitted from a mistake. No mistakes except a rather lurid drift at the start of the last lap. Love this class and the Abarth.

I had a nice qualifying run in the Cortina, 7th on the grid.
Ran 7-8th for the most part battling a mighty Abarth, fun racing.
The rear end got light on me coming out of the esses into the club cutover and lost it into the gravel.
Actually did not lose as many spots as I thought I would until I did the exact same thing again, doh!
Finished out the race at the back, the Cortina deserved better.

Fun racing guys, look forward to the season.

That was a fun race, even though I finished towards the back of the pack, it was my 1st race back in about a year. Need some practice :)

Even though I didn't drive this class for quite some time, I'm satisfied with todays performance.

Had a great battle behind Glen. Falcon was faster on the straights but could get closer only a few meters before the turn. Had a few chances, and slowed down, didn't want to ruin his race. Finnaly I was fast enough and took him tight.

Nice racing all, grats to Rory.

Qualifying:
Was decent, Mike edged me, but I had around half more second in store, just couldn't unleash it with traffic an' all.

Race:
Didn't went really good. On the start I was swarmed by the cars, I had to be cautious as cars were disappearing, so I dropped to 10th.

At the beginning of the race, approaching last chicane, Donnie, on the account of Jag's power, got by, we touched and he spun. I waited for him, although I feel it was a completely racing incident. Too little space for two totally different cars.

By the end I climbed up to 11th and drove better time in race than in qualifying, healthy 50.4. Last 3 or 4 laps I was on Donnies tail, and was faster, but Jag just has too much grunt for sweet little Abarth.

Considering almost 0 practice time, and some 4 months time off of GTL, it wasn't a bad effort.

Good fun in the Jag. Somewhat disappointed in my qualifying as I was significantly off my PB but not overly so. Got a great start and edged ahead 1 position...slightly saucy in doing so, I fear. Sorry. Got that great run on Enis & another Abarth gunning for chicane to complete L1 but as ED notes, it was close. Thought I had the line but I'm not going to complain. Just one of those things. Enis did check up for me. TY, mate. Picked off a couple more after recovering but principle rise to P10 was thru other's misfortune with their shunts. Made a huge blunder on L19 as I missed my braking point for far loop and roared off thru the cones and over the 'grassphalt'. Probably should lose a spot to Enis for that...if not more. Tim...make the call.

About lap 19 and losing spot, don't be silly Donnie. I was, however, afraid you're gonna hit me, and that would send little Abarth over the fence. :p

This Sim is a kick in the pants. I had a great fight on my hands with a couple of you fellas in Abarths until I ended up on my lid in the tight left hander. The car righted itself and I was off again with no apparent damage. I really enjoyed this race. Who has more fun than we do?

Hi chaps! 1st race... 1st post :-)

Enjoyed my first race with you all. Had some great scraps in the Abarth but didnt push as much as I should/could have in this little buzz-box (i.e drive like a lunatic the whole time!) but just tried not to spin or anything. Had a couple of 'moments' but didnt loose too much time.

All in all a fun race and i'm looking forward to the season!
