Sorry to Jimmy Jones, and everyone else who had to dodge me all night. My car was nothing at all like it was in my practices. It started out slightly loose and quickly became loose as goose sh*t. I thought I had adapted to it enough to keep it safe, till I bounced off the wall and across Jimmy's nose.

I just don't know what's happened, but my stock car career has gone all to hell the last few weeks. I'm dropping out of the series (both) till I learn how to drive or set up a car or whatever the f*ck I'm doing wrong.

This race was another great one. We didn't have a caution the entire race and very few spinners. Everyone that briefly lost it recovered and continued without causing the caution to fly.

Charles, please don't retire from stock car. You should visit the server during the week to get some online practice in.

Charles, your a good driver. If you need help with setups please join us for the tutorials that are here on Sunday nights. They are a HUGE help. Greg Carrier is the best at explaining what does what.

Its been a great season here so far...wow the last two races have been somthing to be apart of !!
It really has become more then who can turn a hot lap into more of who can manage a race over many many laps.So a big (WAY TO GO) to those that come here week out week in and help make this into one of the most challanging mods we race here at R2P!!!

Just so you guys know,I did not even work on a qual setup, I spent all of my time on trying to get a race set that would last. Someone sent over that qual set to me in practice and it just happened to work for me...

No need to apologize CD, was a racing incident, I was not even the least bit upset when it happened. I was hoping for a cuation to fly though :)

Back to the drawing board. Looks like I need to learn how to drive CM's setups!

With Atlanta being the last cookie track race we did, I wasn't expecting too much from this race since that one was a disaster. And I have to be honest, the car was just not working well with me earlier in the week. Then yesterday, I found something with the track bar (something I was trying to avoid) and some wedge adjustments and I soon found myself in the right direction. I finalized the setup with literally a minute left in practice and was then ready to unleash hell :P

Qual was better than I thought it would be but probably could have done better since the first lap was a throw away due to the car bottoming out in the first turn (nearly wrecked).

After the start of the race, I made sure I got to the lead quickly and sure enough, I got it going into T3. From there, the first stint I pushed the car to the near limits to get away from the field. Had a nagging loose condition coming out of the corners that I needed to fix with lowering the tire pressures. On that stop, I took out two pounds in the RR and that still didn't fix it :P. No way in hell would I try to push it in the final two stints because I was afraid of the thing snapping loose on me. So I spent those two stints fuel saving since I knew the third stint would be close on fuel. Luckily I made it with change to spare and was two seconds away from lapping the field again ;)

Great race guys. Even though it doesn't seem like it, you guys had me on my toes because there was absolutely no room for error and VERY little time to rest (you're constantly turning at this track). My wrists were screaming at the end...constant tension for the whole race. Having cautions here and there is nice in a race but its actually pretty cool to complete a whole race without any pauses and only 30 seconds of rest total counting the pit stops.

Lets go for it again at Texas!

Great work by the entrants! 133 laps without a caution! Tremendous job by Conor and Ps 2 & 3. Congrats to Crash Test for doubling up on lead.

1st stint went well gaining positions up to 8th. Several laps into 2nd stint, punctured the RF by getting too close to safer barrier. Didnt realize it at the time but looking back, my race ended there. Limping her around for 3/4ths of the track and the pit stop killed my chances for a good outcome in that I went 3 Ls down and that was all she wrote. No room for circumstances tonight.

With the strength of the field now, I think Q is an element requiring preparation going forward. The last two races show that you cant count on any mistakes anymore. Seems like we got ourselves a stock car series.

Great race everybody. I had a blast. I didnt figure out how to really run my car until the middle of the second run and on the first pit stop I forgot to not fix damage. Its great seeing CTD finishing so good

200 miles at Illinois and I still don't know what the proper line is. I never got a handle on my shit all night. And of course, the 1st stop under green and I again forget to disable repairs. Lost the race right there, especially since we never got a yellow. Dumb mother! Some great saves happened in front of me LOL Grats to Conor and CTD for widening the championship gap further. And I only made it to the top 10 because a of a Francesco's disco, not a very good night....
