Got DQ'd for NO reason. Check the replay and tell me who I passed before green?

In solid 2nd now i lose all those points for no apparent reason.

Not your fault Tim. As you will see I didnt do anything wrong and now i get no points and a DNF. More importantly it would have been a good race. I feel like the dude that has some hot chick strip naked in front of him then just walk out of the room...what a tease

I will take a peak Shane... not sure either, but rF isnt known for giving false penalties.

I got a stop and go penalty at the beginning of the race also and I don't understand why. I didn't pass anybody on the formation lap but kept getting the message that I was ahead of someone I shouldn't be and then got the stop and go at the start. I served the penalty but disco'd on the next lap. Oh well, I was happy to have had a good, clean race in the feature but I would like to know why I got the penalty in the sprint.

As the pace car was pulling in it said i was ahead of the car i need to be following...did it last race too but then switched back for some reason.....bizzarro

Woohoo! Kept it clean and consistent, backed WAAYY off on the first corner and first lap, avoided all contact except for someone tapping me from behind a few times (no harm no foul), and came away with my best finish yet here on R2P!

Love the track, hate these cars. Did it for the experience today, maybe I'll enter a couple more F3's. Hopefully it made me a better driver.

I ran the first first race with no major driving errors but my talent was running on fumes for the sprint. I self spun a couple of times and dinged the right rear a bit. The car still drove OK. We were able to get one of our team cars a top 10 and improve our rating a bit. Our open wheel program has a long way to go to be competitive.

Sorry for getting into you Shane under braking, just got to get used to peoples styles before I go head long into a corner like that sry man.

At the start of both races it was telling me I was supposed to be behind someone I wasn`t. I mean it changed who I was supposed to be following. In the first race I may have been out of position by letting one too many cars ahead of me,but in the second race I know I was in the right spot.I think maybe going single file is not so good because it tells me to stay behind so and so in this or that lane.So when we take it single file you`re out of position because there ends up being a car between you and the car you are supposed to be behind. Doesn`t matter, I`m pretty much prepared to be at the back anyway.

This was more enjoyable than I expected it to be. After making it through a somewhat frightful formation lap, I settled into a nice rhythm, and found myself in a good fight with Tommy Christian, going side-by-side cleanly through several turns (captured in the attached screenshots), and exchanging position back and forth over several laps.

Toni Calderon joined our fun after awhile, and the 3 of us went into T1 in close formation on about lap 10, with me on the inside and Tommy and Toni on the outside. I got in at a funny angle, locked the left front all the way down to the apex while trying to maintain control, and had nowhere to slide but up onto the apex curb. I hadn't planned on making a move on Tommy there, but it was the only place I could go. It proved a bit too ambitious, and Tommy and I just barely touched front wheels (he left me enough room, but I was just in with too much speed). I spun off to the inside, and spent the rest of the race trying to catch back up to Tommy and Toni (but never made it).

It was a fun race, but I'll be glad to move on from this track to the next stop on the tour.

That was you Gary? I haven't downloaded the replay and watched it.
That was a lot of fun, you were faster than me coming down off the banking, but that last time you were just a blur going by on the left :0

You realize that if rFactor correctly modeled open wheel contact, both of us would just now be landing after being launched? :P

Not much of an open wheeler (been entering the GP79 races though, good -but hard- fun). Hope to bang doors with you again soon. Or maybe when R2P picks up the Formula BMW's, I'm sure I'll be doing that.
