Euro F3k: Istanbul

Nice lap from Allen to nick pole, but I managed to get him at the start and hold him off for a couple of laps. He was all over me though and eventually made the pass. I had a bad patch and decided not to fight Heinz at the end of the back straight, but then he got a bit loose and I went back in front. Allen had opened up the lead and by the pit stops on lap 12 the gap between us was 3 seconds, I had a good stop and came out in front, I could see Allen still hadn't come out when I left the pit lane and I wondered what had happened. I thought I had a 19 second lead because Brian had disappeared from the timings on my screen, but he re-appeared about 6 laps later and he was 13 seconds behind in 2nd. I just had to cruise to the finish but my game crashed again, just when I thought it was behaving itself.
Unlucky in this race Allen but congratulations on the championship, we had alot of good races in this series, it was fun. Well done today on the win Brian.

Had no pace in practice or quali but in the race my pace was good enough to keep in touch with heinz, darren and allen. Heinz and darren were dicing with each other which allowed me to catch up and eventually get past heinz and nearly Darren. After that Darrens pace got quicker and i couldnt keep up. Pitted 3rd and came out 7th and for the next 6 or so laps it had me down as 7th which taking my focus away from driving, i could see heinz behind me ans a 2nd pos by his name, weird but it sorted itself out. Just when i was being contented with second Darrens game crashed.

I have enjoyed this season, these cars are great for racing and had some great racing. shame race07 is so unstable.

WAs lucky to pick up a podium here, didnt have a good race, unlucky to both Allen who i heard couldnt get his pitcrew to roll him into his pitstall for a refuel, and darren for getting an unwanted game crash.

1st stint was about as crazy as it could get, racing with darren and Brian, thought i was faster than darren and he let me through only to be faster again behind me, so i let him back passed at the wrong place and let brian through, was very good racing for a while.
