Euro nGTx: Valencia

My PC crashed during the warm-up, so by the time I was online again, the race had started.. :-( Shame, was just getting used to my RSR... Congrats to Joco.. look forward to racing you all next time...

Realy don't know what shit just happend.
Everything was fine until the box , where I just click enter , and from there on tralala ,pc took control.Don't know how , don't know why.From all races I have ever done in gtr2 , this is my first time something like this happens.
Sry if I hit someone on outlap (it was not me driving)
And then when I was full of possitive energy :) and tryed everything on keyboard , entered again in box , just hit enter again , and wola I took control.
But after 2 full pitstops , I was back at 10 place or worse.

Grats to Joco , Sasa ,and Scott on podium.

Not much to say, did my best with driving a slower car. I climbed to 4th after pits. 10 mins to go i was 4 secs ahead of 5th guy then a backmarker hit me from behind which i dont understand why, no chance to pass in that corner no chance to harass me and get a chance to pass in next corner ...

I just dont understand...

In warmup my screen froze up, sound was updating every 10 secs. Eventually I made it to desktop with GTR2 still running in task bar but I couldn't get back in the game, and soon everything froze up. Really **** annoying.

Overall reasonably happy with the result,considering i got spun twice,2nd time was Marko when he was on autopilot and that hurt my tyres.

Qual was great, I really wasn't expecting 5th after zero practice.
The race just went well really, got up to 4th off th start and found a nice little gap to play in. Brian Kerr caught me at one point and I let him through, but he overshot the corner and was so slow on exit I had nowhere to go and ran him over, spinning him into the gravel. Really sorry about that but at that point there was nothing I could do. Anyway, carried on and came out of the pits in 2nd, which was nice. Sasa caught me really quickly and I let him through, then drove as quick as I could on old tyres and high fuel but managed to hold onto 3rd just ahead of the recovering Marko.
Unlucky Ari, but at least now we are even on missed rounds. I look forward to the last few races!!!

Was having a good race, managed to get as far as 7th in a field of RSRs. Was battling with Samu but i was struggling alot to keep him behind me. Then had a moment where i rean wide at the twisty infield part and Samu managed to get alongside as a result but unfortunately he left me no room on exit of T11 (thats its name lol) and we touched, i spun backwards into the barrier and lost my rear wing.

Hope to go better in the next one.

Not my best race.

Had another bad qualifying. Was far slower than practice just before start.

Thought I made a good start only to see Sasa and Scott shoot past me.

First corner I backed off early to make sure myself and the cars ahead of me got round safely. I was then muscled out of a further position.

I was behind cars I was so much quicker than but it was really hard to get past.

I caught up with Scott and after a lap I got a good run on main straight. I never anticipated that he would make the pass any easier for me.

I had the run and knew I had to take my chance. As I made the move I got little flash.

I arrived at the corner with a little too much pace and did not know if you were on my outside or not. I did not want to run too wide incase you were there, so basically I tried to hold it as tight as possible and scrubbed all my speed.

I thought right after it and after watching replay it confirmed you backed off a little early to allow the pass, then tried to tuck in behind me. I've lost my speed and your speed carried you into me.

Just one of those things.

I lost about 20 seconds as had to wait on other cars to come around the bend, suddenly I was way down in tenth.

Spent the race trying to make back ground, but like before even thought I was faster than cars ahead it was very hard to pass.

Made my pit stop as was catching up with backmarkers. Stop went well and the car was dropped. I could not go after the car was dropped.

The game waited about 7 seconds for Marko to come down the pit lane.

I was posting good laptimes in the race but just could not get the space to make use of it. Spent most of my time trying to overtake.

Sorry to Nuno Areias for hitting him while lapping. Didn't anticipate you would brake so soon. It was not "get out of my way" move, just an accident. Sorry.
Had a race full of action and I forgot to set some "details": my brakes were too hot, and so was my engine (to short gears). I hope I wasn't smoking, I started shifting at lower revs as soon as I saw it. Well, except on s/f straight, couldn't really slow down there. In the end I was quite satisfied with 6th place.

Just couldn't resist when i saw there was room in the server and i didn't have anything going on just then , so i decided to join and see some R2P action :D .

Man i was rusty and the setup was some old junk from last summer or there about , but it was fun to just drive some laps :D . Tried to stay away from the faster cars since i figured they were running for the points , had some close calls but mostly it went pretty ok :).

Way too cautious strategy with too much fuel and a new set of tires and all.Was going to go without changing tires but the hand was quicker than the thought and i hit the enter as soon as the car stopped... :P. Didn't matter,had some fun there anyway.. :)
